Hi all. I have been creating Hunter Boy for over a year now, I wanted to create a game about my dad who has now past, he was quite a character and is the main protagonist.

Hunter Boy is a game about traversing a area of New Zealand, it is set in the past and tries to inform the player what life may of been like pre colonial times, and what the wild life may of been like also. I have given myself some creative freedom to come up with my own Monster system and lore. This is all set to a simple 2D aesthetic, however my goal is to make it feel very genuine to who I am.

I have started a YouTube channel and I am really enjoying making videos for the game it's another creative outlet.

I will post an update about my game every two weeks as that is when I upload a video to YouTube.
